Alastair Coey Architects was contracted to carry out the NIEA statutory resurvey of historic buildings in Antrim, Carrickfergus and Newtownabbey in 2008-2009, Omagh and Strabane districts in 2009-2010, and Belfast, Castlereagh, North Down, Lisburn and Banbridge districts in 2010-2013.

In the region of 500 structures were recorded and appraised over a period of 3 months, including some of the city’s most prominent buildings along the north quays and historic docks area.
